"Huli ka, boi" means "caught you". Here, it means catching the scam before it catches you.

Where the information comes from

• Recruiter check: a copy of the Department of Migrant Workers' public directory of licensed recruitment agencies, dated 2026-10-17. We show the status DMW lists and nothing more. A name that is not found is not proof of anything; always confirm on the official site.
• Scam alerts: written by a person, each linking to an official source. We do not publish unverified accusations about individuals or businesses.

Independence

This site is independent and not affiliated with any government agency or company listed.

Corrections

Statuses change and our copy of the DMW list is refreshed periodically, so it can be out of date. If something here is wrong, or you want an entry reviewed, email support@hulikaboi.org and we will look at it promptly.

Privacy

There are no accounts and no tracking scripts. We do not ask for your personal details.
